2. Service Description
VoiceAI provides an AI-powered voice assistant platform for automated phone support. Our services include:

- •Natural language processing and voice recognition
- •Call routing and transfer to human agents
- •Call analytics and reporting dashboard
- •Integration with existing business systems
3. Account Registration
To access our services, you must:
- •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- •Maintain and promptly update your account information
- •Maintain the security of your password and account
- •Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Our services are provided on a subscription basis:
- •Free Trial: 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required.
- •Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- •Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- •Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of payment for unused service.
- •Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- •Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- •Engage in unauthorized telemarketing or spam
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We commit to the following service levels:
- •Uptime: 99.9% uptime guarantee for Pro and Enterprise plans
- •Response Time: Average AI response time under 2 seconds
- •Support: 24/7 technical support for Enterprise customers
- •Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance with 48-hour advance notice
7. Data Ownership and Rights
You retain all rights to your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you provide to the service. Your call data, recordings, and customer information remain your property. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- •We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms
- •Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data after 30 days
- •You may export your data within 30 days of termination
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
